Ice Breaker exotic catalyst is an additional perk to your Ice Breaker exotic sniper rifle. Once you upgrade this weapon, you get masterwork and enhanced capabilities, such as increased stats and extra perk. Ice Breaker with new perk Icing-Breaker now has a chance to return the round to the magazine after landing a hit on a slowed or frozen target. With the standard No Backpack perk, which has a chance to create ammo for your Ice Breaker sniper rifle after defeating targets with other weapon and defeating powerful combatants, will create multiple rounds. To unlock catalyst, you must have access to second-level BrayTech storage. To get access, guardians must do a Rogue Network quest once on account and unlock the code during Vesper's Host dungeon run, which is random each time. To complete Rogue Network quest and Director Access triumph, guardians must solve puzzles during Vesper's Host run. Each puzzle is unique and requires multiple runs. It is worth completing because after the guardians have done it, you will have an Ice Breaker catalyst and access to two secret chests and can focus a desired armor or weapon at the second-level BrayTech storage chest.
