Payment Policy

This Payment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the rules for making the payments for the boosting of game accounts services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) offered through the website with the domain name https://levelupper.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

Particularly, the Policy describes the methods of payments available to natural persons using the Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”), the currencies in which the Users are charged for the use of the Services, and the possible additional fees charged during the payments.

The Policy is enacted by ETERNAL STAR LTD, a legal entity incorporated in Cyprus under the registration number HE 445014, with registered office at Evripidou, 12A, Agia Zoni, 3031, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company is responsible for determining payment methods and available currencies of the payments in accordance with this Policy.

This Policy is enacted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679 adopted by the European Parliament and the Council on 27 April 2016.

The terms and definitions provided by the GDPR apply to this Policy unless the definition of the specific term contradicts the definition provided in the Policy.

This Policy shall be read and construed in lieu of the Terms and Conditions of the Company that establish the rules for the provision of the Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy of the Company.

The terms and definitions of the Terms and the Privacy Policy apply to this Policy unless they contradict the terms and definitions of this Policy.

The Policy shall be considered the agreement between the User and the Company which remains in force until the User or the Company terminates the Terms in accordance with Section 13 of the Terms.

1. Available payment methods

1.1. Under the Policy, the User can use the following payment methods to pay for the Services:

1.1.1. Debit and credit cards (VISA, Master Card, or American Express).

1.1.2. Apple Pay and Google Pay (depending on the OS type of the User's device).

1.1.3. PayPal.

1.1.4. NETELLER.

1.1.5. Skrill.

1.1.6. Trustly.

1.2. The Company may add additional payment methods to the Website depending on the technical opportunities of the Company and legal entities providing payment processing services to the Company.

1.3. Some of the payment methods may not be available for the residents of the specific countries or regions.

1.4. If the User requests the provision of the Services on an individual basis in accordance with para.3.3 of the Terms, the Company sends the User the special weblink for making the payment for the Services. The weblink will include the payment methods provided in para.1.1 of the Policy.

2. Currency of the payment

2.1. In accordance with Section 7 of the Terms, the Services are provided on a fee basis.

All the prices for the Services are established in the United States Dollars (USD, $) and automatically converted into euro (EUR, €). The User can see the price for the specific Services both in USD and in EUR.

2.2. The Company uses the special software for the conversion of the prices.

In performing the conversion, the Company only considers values up to 2 (two) decimal places.

Furthermore, the rounding of the price is performed according to standard mathematical rules: values from $0.5 and above are rounded up and values below $0.5 are rounded down.

For example, if the exact price for the Services is $10.456, the Website will display the price as $10.46. If the price for the Services is $10.448, the Website will display the price as $10.44.

3. Terms of the payment

3.1. The price for the Services displayed on the Website before the User’s checkout does not include service fees established by legal entities providing payment processing services to the Company in respect of the chosen payment method. The amount of the service fee depends on the chosen payment method.

When the User makes checkout, namely, proceeds to the payment for the Services by choosing the specific payment method, the User will see the full price for the Services consisting of the Company’s price for the Services and the service fees.

3.2. The price for the Services includes VAT (value added tax) and any other applicable taxes.

3.3. The price for the Services does not include commissions and other fees that me be deducted from the User by the User's bank (e-wallet provider) or card issuer.

3.4. If the User's bank account (e-wallet) or bank card applies currency different from USD or EUR, the conversion will be performed according to the applicable exchange rate applied by the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer.

3.5. The User shall use his or her own bank account (e-wallet) or bank card to pay for the Services.

3.6. There is no minimum or maximum transaction amount necessary for making the card payment in accordance with para.1.1.1 of the Policy.

3.7. This Policy, as well as other Policies of the Company do not restrict in any way the right of the cardholder to dispute the payment made via the bank card in accordance with para.1.1.1 of the Policy.

4. No credential-on-file

4.1. The Company does not store credentials of the User's bank cards used as the payment method to pay for the Services. Furthermore, the Company does not allow Users to save credentials of their bank cards in the User's Account for future transactions.

4.2. The Website of the Company does not remember the credentials of bank cards used by the Users. Each time the User pays for the Services and chooses bank cards as a payment method, the User shall manually enter the card credentials that are processed by the appropriate payment service provider.

4.3. The Website of the Company does not provide for any subscriptions or other recurring transactions. All the payments made on the Website are one-time payments for the particularly ordered Services.
