Requirements

The Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate) (UWU) is a level-70 Ultimate encounter that stitches the ARR primal storyline into a single, marathon fight: Garuda → Ifrit → Titan → Lahabrea → Ultima Weapon. The duty is synced to level 70 with a strict item-level cap, Echo disabled, and no checkpoints; execution errors typically wipe the group, so pulls are long and consistent play matters more than burst DPS.

Each primal phase revisits its signature checks in tighter form. Garuda emphasizes controlled feather spawns, tornado lanes, and position locks; Ifrit adds nail timings, dash vectors, and eruption coverage; Titan layers gaols, Weight-of-the-Land spreads, and upheaval spacing. A brief Lahabrea interlude bridges into Ultima Weapon, which combines raid-wides, targeted lasers/orbs, ground plumes, and add control while recycling earlier debuffs and soaks (e.g., gaol interactions) under a hard enrage.

UWU is always available through Raid Finder once unlocked via the Wandering Minstrel questline and related prerequisite duties. A clear awards the Ultima Totem, which can be exchanged for any Ultima Weapon glamour for the chosen job, plus the corresponding Ultimate achievements/title. Rewards are cosmetic progression; the weapons are glamour items, not power upgrades.

How do I unlock UWU if it is not visible for me?

UWU unlocks after you clear Sigmascape V4 point 0 Savage and then speak to the minstrel in Kugane to enable the duty. If this step is missing, tell us and we outline an unlock path before scheduling.

What do I actually get from a UWU clear?

You receive the Ultima Totem (used to obtain any Ultima Weapon glamour) and the UWU Ultimate achievements/title for your region/patch. All progress is on your character; we don't spend your currencies.

Is there a fixed ETA for Ultimate?

No. Ultimate pacing varies with queues, roster timing, and phase consistency. Priority shortens waiting by reserving the next workable slot, but we don't promise hourly rates or hard deadlines.

Do I need a specific job or composition?

We accept all meta-viable jobs. If your job or current set would materially hurt consistency at sync, we'll advise a swap or offer a Pentamelded L70 set to stabilize the run.

Which regions and platforms are supported?
