Lost in Transmission is a progression quest in ARC Raiders that takes place entirely on Spaceport. The task itself is simple, but the friction comes from accessing Control Tower A6 and handling the Spaceport Control Tower Key correctly.

How to Unlock Lost in Transmission

Lost in Transmission is part of Shani’s quest line. It becomes available after completing her earlier quest Our Presence Up There.

You accept the quest directly from Shani at the hub. Once active, the objective must be completed in a single raid, but does not require extraction to count.

Spaceport Control Tower Key

Starting Lost in Transmission grants Spaceport Control Tower Key. The Spaceport Control Tower Key is a single-use key that opens a locked interior inside Control Tower A6 on Spaceport. This is a proper loot room key, and it’s one of the more reliable Spaceport keys when used on a good route.

This key is required to access the interior route leading to the quest objective.

Before entering Spaceport:

• Place the Control Tower Key in your Safe Pocket

• Do not remove it unless you need the slot for something more valuable

• If you die with the key outside the Safe Pocket, it is permanently lost

Quest Objectives

Lost in Transmission has three objectives that must all be completed in one round:

• Visit Control Tower A6

• Reach the top of Control Tower A6

• Establish a connection from the terminal

Progress is not saved between raids. If you die before completing all three steps, the quest resets.

Control Tower A6 is located near the center of the Spaceport map and is one of the most visible structures in the area.

Reaching the Top

After entering the interior route:

• Follow the corridor upward

• Take the zipline to the upper level

At the top of the tower:

• Unlock the locked door with Control Tower Key

• Move to the left side of the room

• Interact with the terminal to establish the connection

Once the terminal interaction completes, all three objectives are fulfilled and the quest completes immediately.

Quest Rewards

Completing Lost in Transmission grants:

• Snap Hook

The Snap Hook is a high-value utility item used for mobility and later progression. It should not be recycled or discarded casually unless you fully understand the trade-off.

Final Thoughts

Lost in Transmission is one of those ARC Raiders quests that exposes how punishing Spaceport can be, because of how much it asks from a single mistake. The objective itself takes minutes. The cost of failing it can take days.

The entire run revolves around one fragile condition: the Spaceport Control Tower Key surviving long enough to do its job.
