What Is Glory of the Midnight Delver?

Glory of the Midnight Delver is Midnight Season 1 delve meta-achievement. Complete all four sub-achievements and you unlock Giganto Manis – a purple pangolin ground mount that's account-wide across your entire Warband.

Blizzard added it in Patch 12.0 when Midnight launched on March 17, 2026. Achievement progress is tracked account-wide, so you only need to complete it once.

One sub-achievement, My Shady Nemesis, is season-limited. Nullaeus is the Season 1 Nemesis, and killing him must happen before Season 2 starts. Miss the window and the meta can't be completed until Season 2 introduces its own Nemesis requirement.

This is the same system that made certain War Within delve rewards unobtainable after their season ended.

Delve Loremaster: Midnight

Complete all story variants in all 10 Midnight delves. Each delve has multiple storyline variants that rotate on a schedule Blizzard controls – you can't choose which variant runs, you zone in and get whatever is active.

Players get stuck on this for weeks. Some report running the same delve 20+ times waiting for the one story they're missing. There's no in-game tool to show which variants are currently active; a community WeakAura (wago.io) is the only way to track it.

Across all 10 delves: Collegiate Calamity, The Darkway, Shadow Enclave, Atal'Aman, Twilight Crypts, Grudge Pit, Gulf of Memory, Shadowguard Point, Sunkiller Sanctum, and Parhelion Plaza – the total run count can reach 30–60+ before every variant has been seen.

Midnight: Leave No Treasure Unfound

Find and open all Sturdy Chests in every Midnight delve. Not mechanically hard, but requires knowing exact chest locations in each of the 10 delves.

One hard block: Parhelion Plaza on Isle of Quel'Danas doesn't open until March 31, 2026. Nobody can finish this achievement before then, regardless of how many other delves they've cleared.

Darkway opened with season launch on March 17, so that one is accessible now – but Parhelion Plaza is still locked as of writing.

Curio Fanatic: Midnight

Collect all 10 curios for Valeera Sanguinar and upgrade each to rank 4. Valeera has 5 combat curios:

  • Holy Bounding Hand Grenade
  • Mantle of Stars
  • Nether Entropic Kris
  • Porcelain Blade Tip
  • Sanctum's Edict

and 5 utility curios:

  • Ebon Crown of Subjugation
  • Mandate of Sacred Death
  • Motionless Nulltide
  • Overflowing Voidspire
  • Time Lost Edict.

Curios drop from Bountiful Coffer chests at the end of delve runs, and reaching rank 4 requires completing Tier 8 or higher.

You can get the same curio multiple times before seeing the one you're missing, with no mechanism to target specific drops. Of the four achievements in this meta, Curio Fanatic is the longest grind by a wide margin.

My Shady Nemesis (Season 1)

Defeat Nullaeus in Torment's Rise, the Season 1 Nemesis Delve in Voidstorm. Two gates stand in the way: gear progression and seasonal timing.

Accessing Torment's Rise requires clearing a Tier 7 delve with at least one life remaining; full difficulty access needs a Tier 10 clear with lives remaining. "Emptiness of the Void" must be interrupted – miss it and it's a wipe.

Seasonal kill requirement is the part that matters for everyone planning the meta: Nullaeus is only available during Season 1. Wait too long and the achievement is locked until Season 2 introduces a different Nemesis.

After March 31, the timeline depends on which achievements are left. Curio Fanatic is the longest by far: all 10 curios to rank 4 means dozens of Tier 8+ runs with RNG drops from Bountiful Coffers. Delve Loremaster can drag on for weeks solo due to story rotation RNG. Selecting only one or two achievements cuts the time significantly.

Will My Shady Nemesis disappear after Season 1?

My Shady Nemesis is the Season 1 requirement under "Defeat the Seasonal Nemesis." Season 2 will replace it with a different Nemesis and achievement. If Nullaeus isn't killed before Season 2 launches, the Season 1 version becomes unobtainable – achievement will then require the Season 2 Nemesis kill instead. This pattern already happened in the War Within: players who missed the Zekvir S1 kill had to wait for S2. Don't leave this until the end of the season.

Can I buy just one achievement instead of all four?

Yes, achievement Selection lets you check off exactly which sub-achievements to include. If you've already finished Leave No Treasure Unfound and Delve Loremaster, order just Curio Fanatic and My Shady Nemesis. If you're one achievement away from the mount, buy that one alone.

Drop pool is random, so you can get duplicates of curios you already have while missing others. No weekly cap bypass exists. Solo this takes several weeks of active high-tier delve farming.

When can I complete Midnight: Leave No Treasure Unfound?

Parhelion Plaza on Isle of Quel'Danas is part of chest route and doesn't open until March 31, 2026. Until then, the achievement cannot be finished no matter how many other delves have been cleared. The Darkway opened with March 17 season launch and is available now.
