The activity is split into four tiers, each adding more bosses and a harsher Power handicap:

  • Oryx Exalted: 5 bosses (adds Oryx) at -10 Power.
  • Rhulk Indomitable: 6 bosses (adds Rhulk) at -15 Power.
  • Nezarec Sublime: 8 bosses (adds Riven and Nezarec) at -20 Power.

By the time you reach Nezarec Sublime, you are fighting eight of the hardest bosses in the game back-to-back while taking massive damage due to the -20 Power delta.

New Mechanics and Modifiers

Pantheon changes how these classic fights play out. Encounters now spawn Tormentors (like during the Atraks-1 fight) and feature shielded enemies that require specific elemental damage to break.

You also have to play around rotating weekly Surges and two unique modifiers:

  • Class Warfare: Using class abilities increases fireteam damage and reduces incoming damage.
  • Shot Caller: Landing multiple precision hits with Primary ammo empowers Special and Heavy weapons.

If your team does not build around these modifiers, you will not meet the damage checks required to kill the bosses before they enrage.

Platinum Score and Godslayer Title

Pantheon requires you to kill bosses fast. Every encounter has a "bonus timer." If you defeat the boss before the timer expires, you earn a Platinum medal and a High Score.

You must get a High Score on every encounter across all four difficulties to complete the Triumphs (Extinction Averted, Checkmate, Cast Shadow, Deity Destroyed) required for the Godslayer Title.

Platinum clears also reward Adept raid weapons, making speed just as important as survival. 

Divine Weaponry Quest and Exotics
