The Stella Montis Medical Storage Key is a single-use key in ARC Raiders used on the Stella Montis map. It unlocks a locked storage room inside the Medical Research area and gives access to a small, enclosed loot room.

Before anything else:

• Always put the key in your Safe Pocket

• The locked door has red indicator lights

• Close the door after entering if you don’t want to get pushed

Once the door is opened, the key is consumed permanently.

How to Get the Stella Montis Medical Storage Key

Like all keys in ARC Raiders, the Medical Storage Key is a rare random drop.

You’ll usually find it while looting:

• residential interiors and living quarters

• desks, drawers, and medical furniture

• backpacks and containers

• other players during PvP

Keys tend to show up more often in amber / orange zones, simply because those areas are packed with interiors and searchable storage. The more rooms and furniture you clear, the more often keys show up over time.

There’s no route or loop that guarantees this key. You either find it naturally or take it off someone else.

Night Raids (Important)

If you’re going to use this key, Night Raids matter.

Night Raids roll higher-value loot across the map, including locked rooms. Using a single-use key like this during a daytime raid is almost always wasted value.

If you’re opening Medical Storage, do it at Night.

Where the Stella Montis Medical Storage Key Is Used

The key is used inside the Medical Research area on the Stella Montis map, located in the southwestern section of the facility.

Stella Montis can be confusing if you spawn underground. If you’re lost:

• move topside toward Assembly or central lobby areas

• once you’re topside, the map reveals labeled locations

From there, head into Medical Research.

Important routing note

You’ll see several medical doors that look like they require a fuel cell. You do not need a fuel cell to reach the Medical Storage room.

There is an alternate entrance:

• use your Raider Tool to access a side door

• this lets you bypass fuel cell requirements entirely

Once inside the medical lab, the Medical Storage door is just a short walk away.

The area is open and not protected — anyone can walk in while you’re looting.

What the Medical Storage Room Contains

The Medical Storage room is small and quick to clear.

Based on in-game runs, it can contain:

• VA sprays and medical consumables

• crafting materials

• valuables

• occasional keys

• rare components like anvils or burls

There are no guaranteed weapon cases and no guaranteed high-tier drops. Some runs feel decent, others feel very underwhelming. That’s normal for this key.

Loot is pure RNG, even during Night Raids.
