Zealot's Reward is a Void-element, Rapid-Fire Fusion Rifle that drops from the first encounter in the Garden of Salvation. After its rework in Episode: Revenant, it's become a solid contender for both PvE and PvP players—especially now that it's craftable. With the right perks and masterwork, Zealot's Reward is a snappy, stable fusion rifle that offers excellent damage uptime and consistent kill potential.

For PvE, the standout combo is Controlled Burst and Lead from Gold. Controlled Burst increases the damage and reduces charge time when you land most of the burst, turning Zealot's Reward into a mini-DPS machine. Fluted Barrel and Liquid Coils help improve handling and boost each shot's impact, while a Stability masterwork ensures your bolts stay tight on target.

If you're running Void or Prismatic builds, this fusion fits perfectly into your loadout, especially with Controlled Burst or Destabilizing Rounds in the first column. With Lead from Gold, you don't have to rely solely on special ammo bricks—your primary ammo economy feeds your fusion, giving it long uptime during strikes, GMs, or raids.

In PvP, Zealot's Reward is sneaky good. Arrowhead Brake, Particle Repeater, Under Pressure, and Kickstart form the go-to roll. Kickstart reduces charge time and boosts damage when sliding, allowing for lightning-fast kill potential. With a high base charge rate and tight recoil, it's an excellent option for aggressive fusion rifle mains.

Crafting Zealot's Reward requires five Deepsight drops. With the first encounter being the easiest in Garden of Salvation and one weekly guaranteed red border from Hawthorne's quest, farming this weapon is faster than most.
