Prescriptions of the Past is a very simple progression quest in ARC Raiders. There is no combat requirement, no extraction condition, and no item management involved.
The only thing that matters is knowing the exact building, floor, and room, so you don’t waste time or get killed by unrelated threats while looking for it.
This walkthrough exists purely to show you where to go, and where to find the objective.
How to Unlock Prescriptions of the Past
The quest becomes available after completing A Warm Place to Rest, which is given by Apollo.
Once that quest is finished, Prescriptions of the Past assignment can be accepted from Lance and completed in the next raid.
How to Complete Prescriptions of the Past
This quest must be completed in one round and has three steps:

Visit the Departure Building in Spaceport

Find the Medical Exam Room inside the Departure Building

Search the records
The quest completes instantly after interacting with the records.
Extraction is not required. Survival is not required. No items need to be brought out. A free loadout is enough.
Where to Go
Load into ARC Raiders and head to Spaceport. Your destination is the Departure Building.
The safest approach is from the south side, entering through the broken windows.
Once inside, move forward and go up the stairs to the next floor. At the top of the stairs, turn right.
Walk forward, then turn left and pass through a cafeteria / lounge-style area with tables and open space. Continue through this area and turn left again.
After that turn, the medical area is directly ahead. It is marked by a green medical cross symbol and appears as a medical corridor rather than a closed room. This is the Medical Exam Room required for the quest.
Inside the medical area, look for papers on a desk. The most common spawn is a desk on your right-hand side as you enter the corridor. If they are not there, check the nearby desks in the same space.
Interact with the papers once and the quest completes immediately.
Alternate Route
There is an alternate route using a man lift on the north-eastern side of the Departure Building.
Take the man lift to reach the correct floor directly. Once up, follow the balcony and enter the next room on your left. From there, the medical area is immediately visible, marked by the green medical cross, with the records on a desk inside.
Quest Rewards
You do not need to extract or survive. You can leave the raid, die, or continue playing. The quest is handed in after the round ends.

The records spawn on a desk inside the medical area. The most common spawn location is a desk on the right-hand side as you enter the medical corridor. If they are not there, check the nearby desks in the same space — the records always spawn inside this medical area.
