The Dam Staff Room Key is a single-use key in ARC Raiders.
It unlocks a locked staff-only room inside the Control Tower building on the Dam map.

Before anything else:

• Always put the key in your Safe Pocket

• The locked door has red indicator lights

• Close the door after entering if you don’t want to get pushed

Once the door is opened, the key is consumed.

How to Get the Dam Staff Room Key

This key is a random drop.

You can obtain it through normal gameplay by looting:

• residential interiors

• desks, drawers, and storage furniture

• backpacks and containers

• other players

Keys appear more often in amber / orange zones because these areas contain more interiors and searchable objects. Over time, this is where most keys naturally come from.

There is no route or method to force this key to drop.

• move toward the floodgates area

• use the rope to climb up to the top level of the dam

• head toward the Control Tower building

• enter through the main door

The locked Staff Room door is immediately inside, making it one of the easier key locations to reach once you’re on top of the dam.

The Staff Room is a medium-sized interior — larger than a side office, smaller than a full complex.

It’s laid out like a real staff or break room, with containers spread across the space rather than stacked in one corner.

Inside, you’ll typically find:

• multiple lockers

• drawers and cabinets

• bags and storage containers

• crafting materials and components

• consumables and utility items

• a security breach container (requires the appropriate skill to open)

Loot is fully RNG-based.

Once the room is looted, the interaction is complete.
