Perlica is a 5★ Caster in Arknights Endfield built around Electric Infliction, forced Electrification, and very reliable “press to get value” triggers. She’s one of the reasons the Electric team feels consistent: her Combo Skill trigger is simple, her SP economy is stable, and she brings a clean burst button without requiring a perfect setup sequence.
If you are comparing Perlica to other operators or trying to understand where she stands in the broader meta, this article is written to slot directly into our Arknights Endfield Tier List, where all characters are evaluated under the same conditions and assumptions.

Analysis & Verdict
Perlica’s kit is built around a simple sequence: apply Electric Infliction with Protocol ω: Strike, then force Electrification with Instant Protocol: Chain, then cash out with consistent burst damage. Her Combo Skill trigger is the reason she is comfortable to play: it only asks for a Final Strike on any enemy. In real fights, Final Strikes happen constantly. That means her “special button” is available when you actually need it, not only when the room is perfectly set up.
Instant Protocol: Chain forcibly applies Electrification, which matters because it creates a controlled window for the Electric team’s conversion mechanics. Even if the Electrification duration is short, it is predictable. You can plan around it instead of hoping stacks line up naturally.
Her Talents push her toward the same state: Obliteration Protocol rewards Staggered targets with a large damage bonus. Cycle Protocol gives back SP on combo hits and later adds extra chaining on Vulnerable enemies. The practical takeaway is that Perlica wants two things to be happening at the same time: enemies getting Staggered often, and the team generating Vulnerability often. If those states are present, her combo frequency and SP economy become very stable.
Protocol ε: 70.41K is the simplest kind of Ultimate: a high-impact Electric AoE hit with a mid-range energy cost. It doesn’t require Electrification to be active, it doesn’t require stacks to be prebuilt, and it doesn’t have a delayed second stage. When you need damage now, it shows up.
Perlica performs best as a core Electric support/DPS hybrid: she applies stacks, forces Electrification on demand, and keeps the team’s flow moving through SP recovery hooks. Outside of Electric teams, her forced Electrification can still matter for niche weapon interactions, but her most consistent value comes when the team is built to keep Final Strikes and Stagger states happening on schedule.
