Fluorite is a 4★ Caster in Arknights Endfield, built around delayed damage, Infliction interaction, and strict timing windows. Her kit is easy to read, but difficult to make consistent once real combat pacing enters the picture.
If you are comparing Fluorite to other operators or trying to understand where she stands in the broader meta, this article is written to slot directly into our Arknights Endfield Tier List, where all characters are evaluated under the same conditions and assumptions.

Analysis & Verdict
Fluorite’s kit only starts working after three things are already true: the enemy is Staggered, Infliction stacks are present, and the target stays in place long enough for delayed effects to resolve. Until that point, most of her buttons either do reduced work or do nothing at all.
Her Basic Attack matters primarily because of the Finisher. The Finisher only triggers near a Staggered enemy. If Stagger ends early or is consumed by another operator, Fluorite goes back to regular sequences with no recovery or bonus effect. There is no way for her to force this state herself.
Tiny Surprise introduces the same restriction. You place the explosive on a target and wait. If the target dies before detonation, the value is lost. If the target moves out of the fight, the value is lost. If the fight shifts to a new enemy, you cannot transfer it. There is no second charge and no partial effect. You place it once and wait for the result.
Free Giveaway does not help with setup. It only triggers when an enemy already has two or more stacks of Cryo or Nature Infliction. If your team reaches one stack and then rotates targets, the Combo Skill remains unusable. This happens often in mixed waves or short engagements, where enemies die before Infliction ramps.
Apex Prankster follows the same rule. It detonates an existing explosive and reapplies Infliction only if the final hit connects on a properly stacked target. If the explosive was never placed or already lost, the Ultimate becomes a straightforward damage arc with no extension value.
Talents and Potentials smooth the edges but do not remove these conditions. Damage bonuses require Slow to already be applied. Survivability relies on a random proc. Cooldown reduction only occurs when Infliction is repeatedly applied, which again assumes targets survive long enough for stacks to matter.
In practice, Fluorite performs best in slow, single-target fights where the enemy remains active for multiple rotations. In faster encounters, short waves, or fights with frequent target switching, her skills regularly sit unused—not because of player error, but because the fight ends before her conditions line up.
Fluorite is not weak by numbers. She is limited by how often combat situations allow her requirements to be met. When they are, she contributes cleanly. When they are not, she waits.

Don’t Want to Level and Promote Fluorite Yourself?
Fluorite’s power curve is tied closely to Promotions, Potentials, and precise timing. Reaching that point can take a long time, especially if you are building multiple operators in parallel.
If you would rather skip the grind, we offer Arknights Endfield boosting services covering leveling, promotions, and material farming, so you can start using characters at their intended power level instead of waiting for it.
