Endministrator is the 6★ main character of Arknights Endfield and the game’s free Physical carry. Their kit is built around short, repeatable bursts: you stick Originium Crystals with the Combo Skill, you force Crush windows, and you cash out with Bombardment Sequence when the target is primed. This article lists stats, skills, promotions, and progression first, then explains what those mechanics look like in real combat pacing.
If you are comparing Endministrator to other operators or trying to understand where they stand in the broader meta, this article is written to slot directly into our Arknights Endfield Tier List, where all characters are evaluated under the same conditions and assumptions.

Analysis & Verdict
Endministrator’s gameplay is built around a clean, repeatable burst loop: set up Originium Crystals, spend a tight window on Crush damage, then detonate the whole thing with Bombardment. Their Basic Attack exists for two jobs: keep pressure on the target and line up Final Strike / Finisher timings so you’re not wasting Stagger opportunities. The moment a target is Staggered, you want Endministrator on-field because their Finisher is where the “free” damage comes from without extra setup.
The rotation’s anchor is Sealing Sequence. It triggers off another operator’s Combo Skill damage, which means your team dictates when Endministrator jumps in — not the other way around. When the crystals are attached, the enemy is basically marked for a short, burstable window: any Physical Status or Vulnerability application consumes the crystals for extra Physical DMG, and Realspace Stasis later adds a straight multiplier while those crystals exist.
Constructive Sequence and Bombardment Sequence are the payoff. Constructive applies Crush, letting you force the enemy into a damage window quickly. Bombardment then nukes the area, and if crystals are still on the target, it consumes them for an extra hit. That’s the “don’t blink” part of the kit: crystals don’t last forever, so you want your team’s hits and debuffs to land while the target is still sealed.
The strength here is tempo. The burst window is compact, so you’re less likely to overshoot a Break/Crush moment and waste it. That’s why Endministrator stays relevant for both early progression and budget Physical teams: they’re consistent, easy to trigger, and their damage is front-loaded enough to solve normal content without requiring a perfect roster.
The limitation is also simple: Endministrator consumes resources, but doesn’t pay the team back. No SP battery, no long-duration debuff engine, no “rotation glue.” If the rest of your roster can’t keep Stagger and Vulnerability flowing, Endministrator can end up waiting for someone else to restart the engine. In late-game team building, that’s usually where specialized supports (Breach providers, Susceptibility appliers, SP batteries) start taking priority, and Endministrator shifts from “the whole plan” to “the finisher you build around.”
Verdict: Endministrator is a strong free Physical DPS with a short burst loop, built-in crowd control, and straightforward value throughout the early and mid game. They scale best when the team can reliably trigger Sealing Sequence and keep Stagger/Vulnerability available on demand.

Don’t Want to Level and Promote Endministrator Yourself?
Endministrator is a safe early investment, but pushing Promotions and keeping a Physical roster geared takes time — especially if you’re upgrading multiple operators at once.
