Arknights: Endfield Ardelia Character Build & Analysis

Ardelia is a 6★ Support in Arknights Endfield built around three practical outputs: reliable HP Treatment, Nature-based pressure through Corrosion, and team-wide damage scaling through Susceptibility. She is also one of the easiest “plug into any roster” supports early on because her debuffs benefit both Physical and Arts damage.

If you are comparing Ardelia to other operators or trying to understand where she stands in the broader meta, this article is written to slot directly into our Arknights Endfield Tier List, where all characters are evaluated under the same conditions and assumptions.

Skills

Basic Attack — Rocky Whispers

  • Up to 4 attack sequences dealing Nature DMG

  • Final Strike deals 18 Stagger when Ardelia is the controlled operator

  • Mid-air basic attacks become Dive Attacks, dealing Nature DMG in an area

  • Attacking a Staggered enemy triggers a Finisher, dealing heavy Nature DMG and restoring SP

Battle Skill — Dolly Rush

  • Rams the target to deal Nature DMG

  • If the target has Corrosion: consumes Corrosion and applies Physical Susceptibility and Arts Susceptibility to the target

Combo Skill — Eruption Column

Trigger

  • When the controlled operator performs a Final Strike on an enemy with no stacks of Vulnerability or Arts Infliction

Effect

  • Launches a homing Volcanic Cloud that deals Nature DMG when it reaches the target

  • Explodes after a short delay, dealing half the Nature DMG and forcibly applying temporary Corrosion to nearby enemies

Ultimate — Wooly Party

  • Enters a mobile channeling state and throws multiple copies of Mr. Dolly in random directions

  • Each copy deals Nature DMG

  • Each enemy can only take 1 damaging hit every 0.3s

Talents

Friendly Presence

  • Base: Dolly Rush creates 3 Shadows of Mr. Dolly after hitting. Wooly Party copies have a 10% chance to create Shadows when they fall. Touching a Shadow restores HP: [45 + Will×0.38]. If controlled operator is at max HP, heals the teammate with the lowest % HP. Shadows last 10s; up to 10 can exist.

  • Promotion I: HP restored becomes [63 + Will×0.53]. Same Shadow rules.

  • Promotion II: HP restored becomes [90 + Will×0.75]. Same Shadow rules.

Mountainpeak Surfer

  • Promotion II: Dolly Rush improved — if an enemy with Corrosion is nearby, triggering the additional effect immediately casts Dolly Rush again (once per active cast)

Potentials

  • Potential I: Dolly Rush improved — consuming Corrosion applies Physical Susceptibility and Arts Susceptibility with effects +8%

  • Potential II: Friendly Presence improved — touching a Shadow also treats another allied operator with the lowest % HP for half the treatment

  • Potential III: Wooly Party improved — duration +1s; Shadow creation chance increased to 1.2×

  • Potential IV: Wooly Party improved — Ultimate Energy cost −15%

  • Potential V: Eruption Column improved — cooldown −2s; DMG multiplier 1.2×; Corrosion duration +4s

Analysis & Verdict

Ardelia’s kit is built around one very practical thing: making whatever team you’re running hit harder while staying alive. Eruption Column forcibly applies Corrosion in an area, and Dolly Rush turns that Corrosion into double Susceptibility — Physical Susceptibility for weapon damage teams and Arts Susceptibility for elemental/Arts-focused teams. That dual coverage is why she’s considered “universal” early on: you don’t need to know your final comp to get value from her.

Her healing is also not “press heal.” Friendly Presence creates Shadows of Mr. Dolly and the heal happens when the controlled operator touches one. That changes how fights look: you can keep moving, keep rotating, and the sustain comes from pathing through the shadows. If you are already full HP, the heal redirects to the teammate with the lowest percentage HP, which prevents the common support problem of wasting a heal on the wrong target.

Wooly Party adds wide Nature coverage without needing target selection. The random throws are not about precision; they are about flooding the fight with hits on a 0.3s per-enemy limit, which keeps the damage stable in messy waves and multi-target situations.

The main “condition” in her kit is Corrosion management. You want Corrosion present so Dolly Rush can consume it and apply Susceptibility. Potentials push that harder: higher Susceptibility effects, longer Corrosion duration, shorter cooldowns, and extra healing distribution.

Ardelia’s role in most rosters ends up being simple: she raises the team’s damage floor, patches survivability through movement-based healing, and enables both Physical and Arts comps with the same button set. If you have a flex slot and don’t want to think too hard, she is usually the correct answer.

Don’t Want to Level and Promote Ardelia Yourself?

Ardelia scales with Promotions and Potentials, especially for Susceptibility strength, Corrosion uptime, and overall healing reliability. Building her alongside multiple operators can slow down overall progression.

If you would rather skip the grind, we offer Arknights Endfield boosting services covering leveling, promotions, and material farming, so you can start using Ardelia at her intended power level instead of waiting for it.
